The process so far was discussed. Information on the Efemçukuru and Kışladağ Field trip for the non-attendants was provided. Budget record was shared with the chapter members, including the fund raise supplied from the field vests, and the expenses of the field trip. New Year’s draw for the magnetic scratchers was conducted and were given away to four members of the chapter.
