Exploration industry in Turkey and the wealth of the Turkey in terms of metallic mines and industrial raw material were discussed by Dr. Mesut Soylu. The principles and the risk factors of the exploration industry were outlined. Later, the world place of the SEG and the historical development of SEG in Turkey were explained in detail for new members to catch up with the student chapter.
