Geological engineers Zeynep Zilan Keser and Fatih Sucu from Basarsoft conducted a seminar on Geographic Information Systems (GIS), MapInfo and Discover 3D programs and their application in the minerals exploration and mining industry was introduced to the participants. This event took place on 4 January 2017 with the participation of 25 chapter members. This event was co-organized with the METU Geology Club.
