Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali İmer gave a seminar about the benefits of summer internship in the mining industry. In addition, a brief explanation of the terms that are used in mining industry is given in order to prepare those that will conduct their internship in mining firms in 2017 summer. The event took place in the Department of Geological Engineering Department on 3 May 2017 with the participation of 40 chapter members. This event was co-organized with METU Geology Club.
