Digitalization in Exploration was the main topic of the event and it is introduced by İsmail Cihan, Exploration Manager, Demir Export. Exploration, production and rehabilitation procedures of a given mine were discussed. The importance of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), mapping and drilling processes were discussed and reviewed. Later, old school methods and recently developed tools were compared in terms of their advantages, disadvantages, risk factors and economic purposes.
